Management is pathetic and poor the worst part is no work life balance, underpaid, overtime without compensation, exploitation and HR is irresponsible and puppet, good for nothing. Indian management system and specially south Indian lobby is making it worst.

Company culture and safety is great. Your whole salary and bonus will depend on the contract with the client.if its a good contract you will get rotation even if you work in the base, Offshore bonus is low compared to other peer companies.

Dislikes

Sudden decision on cost cutting will affect the employees who have overtime and extras allowances. Cost cutting means they will try to cut overtime

...d politics from ground le El to top management. Hr system is biased and creep. Salary is below average for third party employees. Too much complicated system - hal world No training provided no mentorship

I liked the most about the salary and some good learning apart from that nothing makes you happy in the company.

There is no job security and work satisfaction and no work culture. You feel like you are working 24*7

Nothing special. The pay was high and just a few nice colleagues that I can rely on.

Deadlines, stressful working environment. The work pressure is very high. Multi-tasking and less coaching from superior.
