Leaves won't be encashed or carry forwarded.. Micro management.. Not everybody will get the same salary despite same job done by all.. Market valuation not done for salary.. Night shift is horrible..

... a joke here. Very toxic work culture in Procurement team, as per my experience. Avoid if you can resist the temptation of good package.

Worst ever culture I have even see in my entire career, no job security, no work lufe balance. Inhuman behaviour of leadership. Not recommended for anyone.

I am a manager from east, The region head has pushed this branch in stone age era, none of the people have clear objectives or KRA against whol they will be evaluated, the region head makes sure that there are no objectives defines so as to safe-guard some of his close aid managers who have a history of being thrown out of previous companies. The branch functions on decisions by Mr Sinha (region head), mrs mishra (Customer marketing manager) & mr sharma (ASM Bihar now in Rural), these 3 knows how to destroy careers of people, no objectives, no feedbacks just they know how to destroy peoples career who doesnt oil them or gives them benifits. some managers take gifts and money from their reportees. want to see a puppet , see the HR of this branch. Worst branch under leadership of mr sinha.
