Expenses not coming on time. Company taking freshers with a huge Salary package as a manager(ZESM) still there is having a lots of deserving candidates in the company.

Leaves won't be encashed or carry forwarded.. Micro management.. Not everybody will get the same salary despite same job done by all.. Market valuation not done for salary.. Night shift is horrible..

... a joke here. Very toxic work culture in Procurement team, as per my experience. Avoid if you can resist the temptation of good package.

Worst ever culture I have even see in my entire career, no job security, no work lufe balance. Inhuman behaviour of leadership. Not recommended for anyone.

Some cheap, unstable mentality people are running the East branch, they are completely unaware about the market scenario. ASM never come in market. No one will listen anything regarding ur challenges in market level, distributor level. Whenever u'll share your challenges to your manager, you'll get unexpected number hike. Managers are so hypocrite. Also Customer marketing manager, she is ruthless. HR is totally rubbish. He's playing role of puppet over here .
