Leaves won't be encashed or carry forwarded.. Micro management.. Not everybody will get the same salary despite same job done by all.. Market valuation not done for salary.. Night shift is horrible..

... a joke here. Very toxic work culture in Procurement team, as per my experience. Avoid if you can resist the temptation of good package.

Worst ever culture I have even see in my entire career, no job security, no work lufe balance. Inhuman behaviour of leadership. Not recommended for anyone.

East team is totally a disaster, Manager's are busy oiling region head (please check why he has been removed from Tata consumer's), he has 3 other followers with same thrown out history , most affluent is mr sharma (asm bihar), the HR is a faithful to only the region head, he is good for nothing, he discloses names of persons who write against managers in anonymous surveys. join this branch and take guidance under bishas sharma (removed from kellogs previously), he is now hero due to high investment.

Am a female employee . Hr system is not good they dnt have any time to talk with us .. they will share employee name to managers when we post anonymous feedback to our company , this is so much ridiculous.. My manager always threatened me and give me pressure so that I can resign. For silly mistake and all manager always told me to resign.. I dnt know why after putting so many efforts and all my manager is saying this .. They are hiring freshers but they can't treat us properly. So many bad culture in East region
