Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...es for their staff.. no work no pay policy. No pl, no cl, and no medical leave.. salary not coming particular time sometimes it's come middle of the month.. Just thing to say "think before you go"..

Noting is like for this company. Only say they make money in exchange of employees blood

No Leave, Salary paid after 20th day of next month, Sunday is not paid holidays. Not getting full salary every month. They only find reason for deduction. Employees turnover very high. No one help you. No one have specific work. In one word, Life barbad karna hai to hi join karna. Bada naam but bahat chota soch k sath chal raha hai company. Employees mano kharide huye janwar hai unke liye. Just f...k your life if you join here.
