...ng much. Ok place for beginners in kitchen. Should not spend more than 3 months. High pressure, low pay. Extended work hours without pay

...work extended our on festivals or any other day, or ask you to resign everytime. They cheat govt as govt made it compulsory to pay 16k in hand, but they show meal deductions as 2500 for kitchen staff, and 3500 for house keeping, and food quality is just like langar wala food. Basic daal, aloo sabji everyday, thin rotis or prathis. Like why are they are charging this to us. We work day and night and still we need to pay for food. Kitchen staff is getting 12k in hand only, even older staff. and housekeeping just 10k. Pathetic company. Hope Mr Madhusudhan, the Owner gets the review and do good for their hardworking staff

No management no one here is responsible SO ASM RSM they just look after there number done are not that's it they don't want to know about the market up and down they don't care about the company norms and distributors stock norms no respect for down line executive no job security they terminate without valid reason

All the out late managers are not fully trained and there way of talking to there employs also not good , they always assume that I am right every time and he or she is always wrong the manager eat without any permission and say no one can eat food from pantry even the salary will also not pay at time to time they pay 2-3 month salary at a time . even there software also not working properly there thump and there bio matric machine is also not work properly and the no one can complain to our head of the department.

Work culture is good.and company is now on growing stage so lots of opportunity for future.overall it is a good company.

Need to improve the payroll.people work hard but compare to work didn't get that much of salary.

Boss is great, and the canteen facility is great

everything else, its all about politics. salary is never on time, no one cares even if you miss your EMIs. you have to wait for months for your appraisal after march. and appraisals are done on face basis, not performance
