All Admission Staff, Faculty staff, Security & Safety staff are excellent, Working Environment is fabulous. For being a Staff at H.I.T I really feel very proud.

Nothing much just bit of work life balance

Dislikes

If you are experienced and outside Purba Medinipur, dont even thing once to come here. No benefits given for experience. Bad politics everywhere, illiterate management. No career growth. Even people here dont have any courtesy, backdated, outdated culture. Students fight for no reasons, you have to call them for paying fees repeatedly. 1 suggestion: Dont come here. You eventually have to resign if you are outside this district.

The entire Haldia Institute of Technology working environment and the facilities are very encouraging...

Some more facilities like adiquate no. Of accommodation inside the campus should be arranged so that we can take the advantage of campus life. Though institute provided us the HRA facility.
