The most wrost Company I have seen. It’s an open bar & restaurant where Indian operations head (Narresh) encourages drinking in office and demands a mandatory party from freshers or scare them to fire them. The most unprofessional people with no ethics. Terrible think is CEO is a part of all this shit activities and people ruined my career by terminating me with no reason.

Dislikes

No professionalism, no ethics, politics, torture to freshers to give party...

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
