The pay scale is very low. Worst Management at the top hierarchy level. Don't know how to treat employees, only give too much work pressure even don't value your opinion and hard work. No certification screening and verification would be done during the hiring time, so full of UP, Biharis are inside the company without any eligibility only doing oil massaging to higher management people for the sake of promotion and getting payroll post. Even sub-contractor company has better policy and treatment for their employees than this limited company. Only the company name and fame are big, Mindset of the manager are worst ever I have seen.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and management system I also very good work and safety.company policies are good,but I have a one year contract and completed my job.

Salary is not good, career growth is slow.food accommodation not good,and traveling not good.and company is not given to new joinees.one year contract and completed my job.

Good work environment n friendly boss n employees relationship

Lot of politics. No appraisal in salary in regular interval. Work done but no credit which sometimes demotivate the employee. No work from home facilities is provided.

Strong focus on employee skill enhancement. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Positive and respectful company culture.

Dislikes

Offshore rotations and schedules can be stressful. Appraisal system could be more frequent and structured.

The working culture and support of the mentor and seniors is good. You get the experience and knowledge of all major and minor projects from scratch.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion even after showing your performance is not up to the mark.
