The pay scale is very low. Worst Management at the top hierarchy level. Don't know how to treat employees, only give too much work pressure even don't value your opinion and hard work. No certification screening and verification would be done during the hiring time, so full of UP, Biharis are inside the company without any eligibility only doing oil massaging to higher management people for the sake of promotion and getting payroll post. Even sub-contractor company has better policy and treatment for their employees than this limited company.
