Team mates were amazing. But if you talk about job security, there is none. And about growth perspective, it’s 0. You can grow only if u praise your boss and gossip around in the office. Work life cannot be balanced here because, an employee is always underestimated. People cannot learn anything here Because there is no pattern of work.

Dislikes

Politics is a big thing here. You will not even know that the person being good to you has already dug your grave. Few Bosses are ruthless, brainless as well. The growth of a team or an employee would stay restricted because of such bosses. And most importantly, you are made to feel like a slave at times.

Likes

Hakuhodo Percept taught me a lot about the work culture when it comes to advertising where I stepped into the client servicing team which was fantastic but hectic at the same time. Lots of great superiors who helped me out when I needed them the most since I was new to the advertising world.

Dislikes

There's not much of a job security which today is one of the most important amenities that one should have while working.

good company to begin career. good working conditions, if you impress your bose. but bad for those people who don't know who to impress your bose. one should have mentality as well as professionally mature enough to work in this company. but company pay decent money for your job.

fear of loosing job during appraisal time. politics. long working hours. you will lose your social life.

Colleagues are cooperative and believe in a collaborative spirit. However, lack of opportunity and restrictive culture in the organisation makes it frustrating for most.

Dislikes

Lack of open culture, no sensitastion towards creating great advertising and unfortunately that cascades down from the top.
