Hajihassan has good Manpower to deliver the task on time.

Dislikes

Full of politics, Toxic culture specially Malyali people they will hire their own Kerala people and promote them and build strong own community and demotivate others , these is the biggest setback for Haji Hassan.

There are lot of division, above survey will be not same for other divisions, i worked in workshop division. I wish they should have more experience people to develop a lot of system based and organisations structure single accounting ERP system.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
