Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Teammates are supportive and site management is transparent and good work culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and They are not pay the salary as per salary break up. They are given the offer letter .offer letter shown the LTA but they are not given the any LTA. They are not given the monthly salary (After 4 or 5months they given the only 2 months salary) They are working time is no bounded If they are transfer to me other site ; They are not given the travelling cost.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hour straight in adat as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times
