I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. We have worked as a team with the contractor all over the Tamil Nadu. Construction of ground based tower basement and laying of pedestal is not as an easy of heights 35m, 40m and 30m. Learned measurements and tricks of steel binding and laying concrete.
