Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.also there's no job training for for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes.

The top management is good. Company has provided very good facilities such as fully furnished family accommodation, sports complex. It is very neat and clean.

Dislikes

Promotions for the expatriates is very difficult.
