I got an exposure to implementation projects very quickly. Company has very nice work-life balance.

I got an exposure to implementation projects very quickly, however I done my work on my own with the help from seniors. Company don't have any training department as they believe that if you are certified consultant then there is no need for any mentoring or any training. Company offers below average salary/appraisal compare to Industrial standards. No proper/timely settlements of Per Diem and Travel Expenses dues. They are not entertaining/replying my emails related to my dues after I left the organisation. Teammates are helpful but limited to only their communities only. If you are from Outside of Kerala/Non-Keralites then better you don't expect full support from teammates.

Nothing, stay away like cancer, that have started a new company called innoval, in Trivandrum, stay away from them too, they will loot money from you and are third grade cheats

Everything, and this comes from a person begging for Thier own money which the company still owes, 4 years after leaving the company, they still don't have it as per them, stay away
