Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

In particular with Prabhadevi Hafele design studio, since I worked with the studio francisee owners, they were terribly rude enough with employees no manners no understanding, my colleagues were pathetic full of politics no scope for good designs from that particular studio and when I was working with them there were many complaints from clients and they weren't given good guidance and I found it unethical to work there.
