No corporate culture Their major work force is freshers. Getting work done from freshers is cumbersome and sometimes frustrating High level of micro management for such a small work force 6 working days

Micro manage No productive No salary on time Deducte salary even if out for minute. You are not allowed to handle and optimize anything like in meta ads I was not allowed to manage campaign accordingly you can only suggest them

No understanding to new joiners and full timers , even for emergency situation , you have to come to office at any cost , no leaves are given and rules change in an instant for a candidate as one who is at work from home after approval gets called to come as expected or gets kicked off instantly.
