Everything is good except the understanding of seniors towards junior associates, although the seniors also had to answer their head ones. Overall it's good.

The Management system is very poor. All the higherup speak about are big words from the bible but when comes to action it is the opposite. If you are on the wrong term with HR then you will never have peace working cause they will only find faults with you and terminate you

The work is really impactful and actually reaches out to the beneficiaries. The Communications Lead gives a lot of scope for growth.

There is a lack of work-life balance and a lot of times the work is last minute.
