Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It is a seth run company, with abusive mentality, anf of course you, a yes man. Working hours are long say 12 hours a day, atmosphere is terrible. Employees are encourage to spy on their co-workers. There are no medical or hospital benifits. There product is sub-standard unhealthy, that is to say they mix aprox 25% palm oil in soft oil. The owner or Seth is like a God. No annual holiday.

They terminate people without notice, No annual increment, No health care. Under paid over Worked. Un professional co. Top 3% staff ar given full benefits. Very abusive Co.
