Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I was very great experience working with Haas Automation, is US base CNC machine manufacturer, people, work environment, benefits were nice only the problem was after 2.5 years company decided to shut their unit of India and transfer their assets to their dealer i.e. Phillips Machine tool hence I had been transferred from HAAS to Phillips.

Only one thing I didn't that that this company shut their unit of India in very short period like 2.5 year of my joining and transfer their assets to their dealer "Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd.
