The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I get a good opportunity to explore carrier growth in new area of Power generation. Working culture is very good and people discovers new ideas of work by discussing among themselves.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Company is not providing any training opportunity for their employees.

Likes

They allow their workers to be semi-autonomous enough and to multitask thus raising their diversity in experience. Its the best on this. The Directors and Project Managers also adhere to highest standards of professionalism and the company's HR systems are great.

Long working hours although this is common with construction sector, stagnant remuneration.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
