Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

He has an unprofessional behaviour.when I was leaving a job,he demanded to find the replacement of mine and trained them and after that leave the job. He never mentioned any notice period while joining and while leaving the job he told me this conditions and even top of that he didn’t gave my salary and when I asked for my salary,he told me that he will do charity of my salary and also were rude with me and he threatened me that if I call him again for the salary,he will make sure that he will ruin my career by messaging my current company.

Company and boss behaviour is very nice and hitesh sir is equally treated each every employee and he is very nice and humble. Sir understand each employee problem condition and help if any one needs and office culture is very good and very smooth
