...d the working culture is horrible, there is no hierarchy of reporting in manner. And most and very important thing salary which is always delayed 2 to 3 months. And there is no compensation to the employees. There is no TA and DA.

Standard operation procedure of HGIEL is not up to mark and it doesn't suits for the infrastructure works especially like NH works. The main reason is that, the work atmosphere is with live traffic and adjacent to urban and rural areas. Some liberance and need to have good bonding with the people's and local administration. Need improve more. Less experience in public sector. There sop suits of IT sector not for hardware and infrastructure industry.

Skill Development Work satisfaction Company Culture Work environment Coordination with senior (Ho/site) was very good. This is all about my personal experience.

Appraisal policy. Dewali Bonus returned policy.(While I resigned same bonus amount recovered). This is all my personal perception. May differ from other.

Salary is credited timely.

After exiting all outstanding must be debitted in the name of internal policy. No working shift timing . Sunday also full working day. Job security is very poor. If you exits then after you will came to no the amount of whole month was debitted in the account of internal policy.

... management is very bad .They promise a lot for everything but deliver nothing . They will convince you to give Variable pay as part of your CTC but will never give you a single Penney out of it . They have very strict timings. They will never give you any money for your Earned leave. Especially HR policies are very bad. There behaviour is also rude.
