SOP always changes, policy not applied on all. And favouritism. Very lengthy process of paper work after digitalization. For senior people's job not safe

Focused on skill development. Salary on time. Company culture is ok but can vary site to site. Promotion criteria is appreciable. Job security is also appreciable.

Project wise project head change the scenario. Transfer also affect mentality and performance.

Standard operation procedure of HGIEL is not up to mark and it doesn't suits for the infrastructure works especially like NH works. The main reason is that, the work atmosphere is with live traffic and adjacent to urban and rural areas. Some liberance and need to have good bonding with the people's and local administration. Need improve more. Less experience in public sector. There sop suits of IT sector not for hardware and infrastructure industry.
