As it was my first job I got a hint of how corporate life really works.

Dislikes

Compensation was decent, but the growth is slow. There is a lot of communism which I faced in the company. Employee of same region worked well together where are others are looked down up on. Senior employees judge others not on the basis of how the employee work rather on the basis of their lifestyle. Specially HR department does nothing for employment engagements. Management do not value company ethics. Lot of the the deals were made under the table which didn't aline with my ethics.

Process need to be streamlined and need to ensure a proper job responsibilities for all employees.. Now the job responsibilities is just an add on burden to employees who is putting their heart and soul to work

...ent followed for employees to have equal time with his family other than work. Right salary paid to all and hike based on performance with out any corporate politics.

...nd always remain unstable, as a result new policies are made every now and then. Further, in the name of cost cutting during Covid-19 pandemic, they fired lots of their employees and replaced them with the new management recommended ones.

I was working with Bangalore team . Full politics, and Managers do not value an individual, if he is performing good also. And the back end support is very bad. And south HR head who sits in Bangalore , he doesn't know the value of time, he will make everyone to wait for nothing. Same things doing with interview candidates also.
