Opportunity to learn all the aspects of accounting and taxation. But it's not happening.

...ing on some of the goons thoughts. No recognition for efficiency and hard work. No extra pay for overtime. No work-life balance. Lack of basic needs. Scarcity of drinking water and unhygienic wash rooms.

If proper training is provided, then there is a good scope for learning. But which will not happen.

Dislikes

The HR lead is worst and sucks. Lot of favoritism and bias in the teams by the top management. They are just aiming at number of people in the firm and not for experience and skills. The contract agreements for 5 years (2.5+2.5) is very bad and unfair. No Career growth in any ways. Just feels like you are still working way back in 2005- 2008. The same old work culture of high school with a walking warden all the time.

No Job security, For joining the Company you have to sign 2 years agreement but Company can cancel that agreement any time. If you eligible for any promotion or new offer provided, you have to sign agreement for another 2 years. HR is worst, lots of favouritism, no value for hard work only buckets can survive. They only need number of employees in the Company no value for experienced employees.

Best place for freshers to learn US taxation and accounting concepts.

MICRO MANAGEMENT at peak. Unprofessional and unethical work culture. Rules in the office seems more like primary school. No professional etiquettes amongst the employees. Unpaid weekend work.

As a fresher, we can learn from this company many things. It means we can take a internship here if we are not local.

Dislikes

No proper water facility for drinking, Monday to Friday working day they will tell interview time, and they will take contribution( internship time) on Saturday also and there is no compensation on working on Saturday. Butler English speaking person will be team lead. He will give random training and that given training concept most of the time will not work and we have to ask our senior and we have to complete the work, majority people are local. They speak in local language inside the company while doing the work. So as a fresher candidate get the job here....It is difficult (if you are out sider),management People will tell whatever the problem you have you can directly ping us. There is no strict action for the local language speaking. If you are outsider .....do not waste to get the employment here. Take internship for 6 Month and move
