Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

There are few things to like in this company like salary time does not come in and you have to do overtime all the time.

Dislikes

Those who are in senior positions in this company do not do any work, they make work for those who are in junior positions

I like my job because of high quality products and so much of ganing knowledge about highe quality product. Because we sold some international brands and which is no one kept in other stores in Bhopal.

Dislikes

...o slow. Work pressure is very high. Company do not value any employee in stores. Salary structure is very poor & if u ask about your salary increment with good performance still company not giving satisfying answers.

Really very excellent company. My carrier is started at h&b stores its very good company i have working very happy and satiesfied year by year i have grown and learn lots of different types of work and envoirment is good, lots of encouragement and respect etc....

Good for start career and learning.

Dislikes

Sale excess pressure they dont think about increase footfall. Only sale oriented company. If you are good in buttering then you got good stores otherwise go to street market and do sales With B2B TO SURVIVE.

Nothing they should be make bussy of his staff to un necessary paper work

Dislikes

They can not provide a nice and clean work place all of senior play politics even brand staff is good condition compare to H&B store staff
