Unprofessionalism. They do not talk in mails. They talk in WhatsApp. They communicate only in WhatsApp. They would ask you to just acknowledge things in mail which are in their favour. They would not let you serve notice period. They can fire you any moment, if you don't dance on their tune. Basically there is no system, no management. They will eat your hard earned money and would start new ventures.

Dislikes

...App. They will make you work till 2 am at night... without giving any incentive. They will fire you in middle of the month without paying any salary. They will not even give you any reason. It was a nightmare working at GYPR.

I like how ambrish sir treats the employees and values everyone.

Dislikes

I don't like the way QC and some team leads behave. They are treating teammates as servants, continuously targeting on personally, talking very rudely.
