Since Gypmart is a new setup, there is a lot to learn.

Dislikes

Work is not done in a systematic manner resulting in unnecessary delays in work, Same work has to be done again and again. Too much dependency on Directors for each and every decision. Also Directors are not deligating their work and are too rude.
