Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... i have to come back home due to this pandemic as i was a contractual teacher I am not entitled any kind of salary I am at my home from 4 months .Now I have left Gyanodaya searching for a new job in my hometown. If I talk about the work culture it was very good everyone was supporting specially the Principal not only to students but to teachers also. The only reason i left is I am sitting idle at home doing nothing not earning anything waiting school to open as soon as possible but i dont think its going to happen soon. My experience there at the school was awesome I can say it is doing best in such a small place.

There was nothing to be unhappy about Gyanodaya, everything was fine. I have no regrets ,no complaints.
