Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I really like their nature of flexibility which they provide to a faculty member, I think it would be more good, if trainees are divided based on their grades. So, a faculty can focus on what's needed to whom
