Here you are given all sort of work like they wont see if you are new to teaching field. You will get all the experience of supervising a board exam to taking and preparing students for interschool competitions. They provide with the opportunity and dont under estimate you.

Dislikes

There is no job security....without any reason you are removed from the school. There is no permanence since 2007. No Teacher gets permanency despite you have given your 4-5 years to the institute. They will make some or the other excuse and wont give you permanency. Sometimes the work pressure is too much...you need to take all 10 lectures because so many proxy is there.. And you cannot sit in class...no matter how quiet the class is or you have proxy. If you are seen sitting you may get a memo (warning letter)
