Poor work life balance as expectations of work beyond working hours and on holidays as well, skill development by assigning task with no guidance, over burdening of juniors with no recognition, even after marking 2nd and 4th Saturday as off in the records you are required to work from home.

...loped by european team and people in india mostly get to work on maintenance. 2. Company has no vision , they hire freshers at higher package and they fire them within six months. 3. No severence or anything for the people who are going to be laid off. 4. Lot of office poltics .

Working at GX India Pvt Ltd was a pleasure and I learned a lot, I can't praise the company enough. This was a very lucky company for me.

Dislikes

Some people in GX India were spoiling the functioning of the company. Due to which I did not like this company. And the way of talking was also not right. He used to blame others for his mistakes.

Nothing as such to like in this company, completely Lala Type Company, No ethics, not good environment, worst culture.

Worst Company to work for, don't waste your time to join here, they are not as they show themselves as Social Media, Non sense Management, they believe in buttering not in hardworking, never recommend to join.
