No job security, worst culture nothing difference between an engineer & driver, They appoint u very minimum package and no increment, I do work hear continuous 24-26 hours but no value. In this company : chamchagiri is the best way to stay here Who connect to director no matter what is the position of that person cook or guard if u r pm or engineer u could report daily work tha tc person and he decided u are good for project or not. Labour lavel worker decide a engg. Capabilities, u judge by ur chamchagiri not for ur work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Satyanarayan sir(DGM) is the very good manager. May be One more star for company culture but in bihar project a person ( Baldeo Chaudhary).which are mechanical incharge and they are treat with anyone like a boss. They are a very big chatnewala of boss( Suresh Reddy sir). Suresh Reddy is a very good person but they are listen to Baldeo Chaudhary is bad. They ( Baldeo Chaudhary) have no any kind of degree and they are treat with everyone like PD.

Baldeo Chaudhary is bad thing in GVV construction. Any good manager are stop in the bihar railway project because of MD( Suresh Reddy sir)

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts Latest technology. As I am initiator at HO Level, love the fact that I am a part of Quantity Surveying, Billing and planning Department.

I had a great opportunity to working on Gvv- constructions All management system is very good, nice communication of working staff Workload is some heavy to balance of work schedule . Some pressure from department on preparing monthly targets then to achieve given targets. Overally this is very nice project and very helpful to learned some work skills and good environment.

Dislikes

Feeling some pressure in some situations, Some of Senior managers, behaves like Sadistic mindset. My superiors have nothing practical knowledge , they only apply overload on me ; that's time I feel very bad to stayed on position
