The company is not good, there is no fnf in the company, first salary is after 2 months, there is no support from senior staff, duty is 12 hours,bad accomodation and food there is no salary even after notice period, if you stay at home during salary date or time, you will not get money and not provide el and cl this is company popicy

Joining formalities are one of the worst You will get the first salary after 2 to three months depends on the join date The site working culture is one of the worst in the current scenario and standards You will not get my minimum facilities in the guest house There are no policies in any department In our project total 306 locations work is going on and only 1safety and 1 quality officer deployed with this definitely you will get a idea Finally I won't recommend to join in this company.

There is nothing much to like for professionals. Only salary will come by 10th to 15th of every month. Lunch will be provided at nominal cost.

Dislikes

Management policies are completely different. There no hr policies for employees and their welfare. No leave policies nothing. Work life balance is terrible. Un realistic targets will be given. Their treatment to the stack holders is may not correct. ( Employees, Vendors and with Subcontractors)
