Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Yes but no politics in a teacher no legpulling in others teacher. Teacher Desh ka bhavishya tiyar Karti hai aur wo agar ish field Ko choose karke apni icha se ish mukaam Mai ai hai tho jarur vidhya prapt karke hi ai hogi .aur kisi educated person Ko kabhi bhi asamhanit nahi karna chahiye. Ek shikshak ke Samman se karoro bhavishya nirbhar hai. Fir se mujhy gvn Mai as teacher mouka milega tho bilkul Lena chahungi.

Dislike tho school Ko bilkul bhi nahi karungi kyoki school bahut acha hai management also good but some people are not suitable that's why am left this school but future Mai kabhi mouka milega tho Apne AAP ko as a good teacher jarur sabhit karungi.
