It is a really nice company to work for if you are more interested in having a more stable and smooth work-life than a work-life where you are working 9-5 under intense pressure. But if you join the company at a very low designation like GET or Engineer, Sr Engineer, with a low salary package, you will enjoy work-life but you will regret your salary staying the same.
