1. No appraisal in 4 Years 2. After 4 Years appraisal done wherein In hand salary decreased because GVK EMRI increased the incentive part. Which is not a good sign for an employee. It shows decrease in salary instead of increment.

GVKEMRI Foundation has given plateform for medical field emprove the skill in employees make responsible man our duty. Company gives security for the employee. Company awarded his employees them for good job.

Company's officers are currpt. Company dose not give salary at the time. Company give us too much work load acording to salary. company change his rule perday. Job security is not avilable in company. Company does not give sufficient salary for graduate employees . Company takes work 24 hour per employee.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

...ly harassment of employee during meetings. Poor HR policy, no work life balance. PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.

...ewtown, Kolkata. I worked there as a ERO. My GID No. is RO200629MouliS. On 3.09.2023 submitted my resign letter and complete my notice period but they didn't provide any resign documents to me and also salary due. After 6 months i visit my office to talk to the finance office of this off but he refuse to meet.Then a security guard came and take my gid no. but they didn't take any action about this. I completed my resign period on 5.10.2023 and now it's june 25.06.2024, it almost 8 months but didn't give us salary and also they didn't put the exit date that's why i faced an issue in PF. In my PF account still now showing me as employee of this company.
