...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

Employees are very good in this office. They are very helpful.

...ewtown, Kolkata. I worked there as a ERO. My GID No. is RO200629MouliS. On 3.09.2023 submitted my resign letter and complete my notice period but they didn't provide any resign documents to me and also salary due. After 6 months i visit my office to talk to the finance office of this off but he refuse to meet.Then a security guard came and take my gid no. but they didn't take any action about this. I completed my resign period on 5.10.2023 and now it's june 25.06.2024, it almost 8 months but didn't give us salary and also they didn't put the exit date that's why i faced an issue in PF. In my PF account still now showing me as employee of this company.

The only good thing is you are allowed to leave once the shift is over.

Dislikes

Company culture is pathetic. No skill development programs. No salary appraisals. Infact you will not get your complete salary as well.

Salary is too low for the doctor in telangana and Ap please try to fix that the avg salary of veterinarian is 56100 rs as per govt gazette but these companies r looting money from us and even salary is not credited as per time worst culture of gvk

Company Vision - Save Lives

Dislikes

Company HR policy, promotion and salary as per designation and huge gap within same designation and position. No job promotion and motivation. Company travel policy not updated till now as per current market growth. Gap between top to bottom line.
