There is no time for work , company's senior will go home and you have to stay at office and work late night at office and sights , one benefit is you Guruvayur make your self hardworking.

No job security , only politics , no work culture ,Its like Angrej rooling india , hitlar type Management - Company directors are very mad about profits at any cost
