Compensation is not good and the work pressure is too high.They do not value an individuals unique strengths.

I'm very lucky to work in this wonderful organization, in this worst situation also the management is supporting to the entire staff, we also support our management in any situation . I love our organization...😍

It was my wonderful time that I worked in that institute. I learn many skills in that working period because of the excellent work culture. Teammate are more supportive as well as the management . Every year time the hike is also good . I was satisfied with all criteria of that institute

Dislikes

As because it was a business oriented area so I felt management shows some business mentality sometime . Otherwise it was good. Second thing even though we were getting the hike every year but it was not to the level we deserve.

Likes

The work culture was very nice with a cordial and cooperative environment. We worked as a team with faith and motivation for each other.

Dislikes

We felt the limitations of space as we had limited number of classrooms and a small playground.
