The manager was only good as he taught a lot of new stuff , work culture was also good, the upper management and Hr department is the worst as they don't really work in a professional way. The company policy is terrible.

Dislikes

The promotion process is very bad, though the increment process was good but career growth is very slow. I worked for 3+ years and it's just I regret leaving it early, in this pandemic the upper management left us un paid with our salaries.

I really appreciate that I am a part of Gurukul. Excellent Renowned organisation for skill development and learning. I am thankful all my colleagues, co workers, Seniors & Juniors for all their co operation & support.

Dislikes

Require more innovative things to explore the organisation. 10 hours is almost a long hours to work

Dont knw about head office. But never go for any branch office.

1.9 years I have worked for them not yet I got any appointment letter even. No salary increment. Complicated management. Frustrated experience.
