I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Gurukrupa working under BMC Homeless people shelter . 10 shelter in the around the Mumbai. I m coordinator my work is planning observation full file the basic need . Council the people. Documents , Mental health . Management the 10 center . Staff handling. etc. I m working last 8 month . As project manager in guru krupa vikas sanstha
