Company should get black listed. Company plays with employees life and there family dreams also never ever thinks about employee even a bit how they might be surviving without salary for so many months. While connecting with them they don't assure that salary will happen only dates are given.

Company gives you flexible timing to do your work.

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed. You have to spend from your pocket for traveling on field. No proper guidance nor support for work. Very late to fulfill commitment at product level.

GurujiWorld has a toxic work environment with little regard for the well-being of its employees. the management has poor planning skills, leading to excessive workload and burnout for workers. The company has failed to provide salaries for a few months (6), causing financial stress and instability for its employees. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone due to its toxic environment and complete disregard for basic job security

The company vision and policies are fake, with little focus on employee growth and development. the CEO only enacts policies that benefit themselves, even asking favors from employees, only to lay them off without warning and without salaries

Has not been a very pleasant experience so nothing to mention.

Dislikes

Salaries are not paid for months, false information is given by management regarding salaries and payments, employees are fired and forced to leave without proper clarification. Everything is terrible.
