Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...o metro station. If you wish to spend alot of your time on travel then go ahead. Principal Ritu is a big time diplomatic person who would pay with your mind. She is very diplomatic and hover on your life. Nobody respects teachers in the school. They fired all the teachers without any reasons lately.

Nothing, Everything about the school and it management is cringe.

Dislikes

This school treats teachers as daily wage labourers. The salary of teacher is less than daily wage labourers. Higher authorities is very free in this school and only does meetings. Education is third class with focus only on extra -curricular activities and no actual studies. Third class school overall.
