It's a good company if you want to work in Manual Testing. You'll get to work on Big data and cyber security SIEM/SOAR products. Work satisfaction is good. People are good. Very little office politics.

Dislikes

Company doesn't follow the agile process. Due to weakly releases workload is very high. Out of 5 days, you need to extend and stretch for 3 days then only your work will get completed. Sometimes you need to work over weekends as well. Higher management is not interested in investing latest technology. The company use an old Test management tool just because it's free but doesn't allow you to add test cases in one go. Without hesitating join the company if you love to do donkey work and repetitive work.

Lots of Management issues and no planning for anything. No work life balance. Always workload and most of the time your hard work waste due to poor managements. No carrier growth. Do not suggest people to join this Company.
