Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Earlier the culture was good, then they changed behavior among all the employes

Dislikes

Salary is low, Sometime they fire people and don't give there salary, The don't let employe to serve notice period, they are doing selfish things.They don't give Saturday holiday and also they don't provide festive holidays

Dislikes

No salary on time, many teachers haven’t got salary since 1 year. Some employees left job with pending salary of 4-5 months. Showing skyline ambition but clearly have no vision. Here seniors are cluelessly doing nothing but doing seminar, workshops, activities to show coolness. Basically they all are kids who running the company, they should have work in corporate atleast for 3-4 years. So they could know how things work. College student is finance head here.
