...contractual formalt of teachers is not the way an established school should run. Salary remained a constraint and proper HR policies are not maintained at all.

Yeah lot of politics.salary is descent nd not to given on time nd most important of Govt holidays problems.

Teammates were very good, there was no fear of losing job if one is loyal to his work. They give you time to adapt their work culture.

Dislikes

There was no growth, promotions never happen in near future. Salary was very low, no extra benefits, increment were also very poor. At the time of need they never support you, when it comes to your personal circumstances, no cooperation to 30 years olded staff as well.

GTB is not that good when it comes to technology but other that an excellent opportunity to learn ,explore & grow with extraordinary working environment 😀

An organisation that always provide opportunities for one to flourish in all respective ways. . Stands by the side of everyone in every difficult situation Has an ambience of purity and positivity.

Some sort of politics that's played by some of them which is spoiling d ambience. People should be loyal to the institution that's providing us d bread and butter.
