Nothing, no flexibility, no respect, lot of work, lot of stress, full time you need to stand and teach

Dislikes

They treat faculty like a servant, have no respect for faculty, throw all the work on new joinings, and torture a lot. they put lot of stress on faculty, they allot different specialization subjects and expect us to learn everything and teach. The HODs are the worst people. They always shout at faculty without any respect and say, "When you sign the appointment letter and join here, we can do anything with you," and always threaten faculty. The worst part is they take our certificates while joining, so we can't leave the job immediately, if we need our certificates we need to pay 2 months salary and work 3 months notice period. In this 3 months they will show you hell.

There is very less hike annually. They dont accept resignation on time, this will effect on relieving properly from institute. Lot of work pressure just blindly follow HOD and you get good response otherwise every one scold you.

The work place has friendly environment and very good organization for learning and developming ur skills...and also u can show ur talent in enormous ways..

As it is out of city the timings of closing day is quite lengthy....after a long working day the timings should be proper..

The Actual Scenerio is very different than the projection. Dynamism is frowned upon.Yes, The Infrastructure, and Classroom are Satisfactory
